Patrick Daley is an Associate at Kagan Stern, focusing his practice on business and commercial litigation, as well as other complex civil litigation matters.

Mr. Daley represents both businesses and individuals in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration and mediation.  In addition, Mr. Daley routinely serves as outside general counsel for numerous small to mid-size companies, providing advice and assistance on business transactions, employment matters, corporate governance, investigations, risk management, and government contracts.

He obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from Clemson University, and his law degree from Regent University School of Law in Virginia.  While in law school, Mr. Daley was a staff editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy (now known as the Journal of Global Justice and Public Policy) and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Daley served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul F. Harris, Jr., a judge on the Circuit Court of Maryland for Anne Arundel County. Patrick lives in Annapolis with his wife, daughter, and son.
