Sara Neild is an Associate Planner who assists clients with development and zoning matters, including rezonings, variances, special exceptions, and site design plans. Ms. Neild communicates directly with clients as well as planning and zoning staff to ensure efficient processing of client applications, revisions, and approvals.
Ms. Neild has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Maryland, where she also minored in Sustainability Studies, Real Estate Development, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Her education and background in design provide are valuable assets while working with engineering and architect partners to review and analyze plans and prepare graphical exhibits in support of clients’ projects.
