February 20, 2023
Kagan Stern Partner, Stephen Stern, frequently speaks on a variety of topics to business groups. Earlier this month, Mr. Stern had the privilege of joining other attorneys on a panel for the Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce, where he and the other presenters discussed the Federal Trade Commission’s proposed rule that seeks to restrict the use of non-compete agreements. Topics of discussion included details of the proposed rule and potential courses of action for businesses to take in light of the proposed rule, as well as predictions about the future use of non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
A video of the full panel discussion can be located here and a prior blog post about the proposed rule can be located here.
