We also advise clients on matters that arise on a day-to-day basis, such as termination decisions, separation and severance agreements, employee discipline, leave requests, requests for reasonable accommodations (whether to accommodate an employee’s disability, religious practice, or other needs), issues concerning the use of social media, and conducting workplace investigations.
